Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- In charge of expanding and growing direct sales and profit margins for products and services with designated accounts, territories, and/or regions.
- Builds rapport professionally with important staff members in client accounts.
- Achieves the designated goals for a profitable sales volume and margin.
- Manage operations with the utmost honesty and compliance
- Capable of managing important dialogue, decision-making, and communication
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with important stakeholders and clients.
- Recognise the needs of your clients and offer specialised training programs to satisfy their demands.
- Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and swiftly resolve any problems or grievances.
- Business Enablement
- Find and seize fresh business prospects to increase the clientele.
- Create and maintain a network of contacts in the business to advertise the training programs offered by the institute.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
