Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Finding prospects for new business development by researching prospective clients and following up on leads.
- Generating new business by getting to know prospective customers, understanding their problems, and offering pertinent solutions.
- Strive for sales targets with tenacity, conquering obstacles and adjusting to market shifts.
- Arrange and oversee meetings, appointments, and follow-up correspondence with clients.
- Analyse consumer profiles and needs to develop strategies for breaking into new market segments.
- Overseeing the sales procedure to secure fresh business prospects.
- Establishing solid bonds with the current clientele in the portfolio.
- Achieving and surpassing monthly and weekly goals for activity and income.
- Developing focused sales strategy in collaboration with the sales staff.
- Responding to customer enquiries regarding the features and applications of products.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up t 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
