Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- The Territory Sales Manager is in charge of bringing in revenue and hitting predetermined goals for sales.
- He or she will be responsible for finding and suggesting the appointment of new distributors in addition to upholding and cultivating connections with the current distributors.
- Creating sales plans, ensuring effective sales operations, and disseminating sales data and market insights are further responsibilities of the function.
- The CEO will work closely with the Territory Sales Manager to assume responsibility for sales; together, they will assemble the required staff and integrate well with the current group.
- Create successful sales plans for the area.
- Will furthermore be in charge of payment reconciliations and receivables.
- Will monitor sales and receivables numbers in close collaboration with the accounts department.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
