Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Create and preserve a solid rapport with local clients.
- Find new leads and prospective clients to grow the clientele.
- To learn more about the requirements and preferences of your customers, conduct market research.
- Recognise the qualities and advantages of our products and give customers accurate product information.
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective buyers.
- Within the designated zone, meet and surpass sales goals and targets.
- Get in touch with clients again to make sure they're satisfied and to address any concerns they might have.
- Stay current with changes and trends in the industry.
- Keep thorough records of all sales activity and correspondence with customers.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
