Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Positions and Accountabilities:
- Make sales visits, bring in new clients, and keep thorough records
- Provide customers with a concise overview of the product's characteristics and advantages.
- Achieve sales goals and uphold client relations
- Creating leads and reaching out to potential clients.
- Conducting internet research on businesses and people to find fresh leads and possible new markets.
- Establishing and keeping up a database or prospect list.
- Recognising the needs of the client and providing assistance and solutions.
- Create and put into action marketing plans for mapping clients.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
