Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
Among their responsibilities are::
- Identifying, Recruiting, and managing advisors from the relevant location; and
- Responsible for the management and recruitment of Agents.
- Motivate and train advisers so they can explain the market and products better.
- Evaluate the performance of the agents and assist them in generating the most sales.
- Meet with customers frequently to maintain standards
- Sales strategy executive - Increase market research and penetration through market segmentation, find new clients, and boost sales.
