- Responsible for recruitment of agents through various sources
- Achievement of business targets
- Accountable for training and development of each Agents thus recruiter.
- Increasing organization share in the Clint portfolio.
- Maintain & enhance services levels provided to the clients thus insuring substance of the existing business.
- Identify area improvement for increasing business opportunity.
- Network to gain market feedback & identify further business avenue.
