Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Are you an ambitious sales professional ready to lead a team to success? We're looking for a motivated Unit Sales Manager to join our team in Tinsukia!
Your Role:
- Lead and Inspire: Guide your sales team to achieve and exceed their targets.
- Develop Sales Plans: Create effective strategies tailored to the BFSI sector.
- Build Client Relationships: Establish meaningful connections to support client success.
Who We're Looking For:
- 1 to 4 years of experience in field sales and marketing, particularly in the BFSI industry.
- A proven track record of hitting and surpassing sales goals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
