Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We're looking for a dynamic unit sales manager to oversee our field sales team, grow sales, and cultivate connections with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate and assist field sales agents in reaching their highest level of performance.
- Create and implement successful sales tactics in order to reach goals.
- Locate fresh business prospects and cultivate clientele.
- Keep a careful eye on and evaluate sales performance.
Requirement
- You need a bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of two years of field sales and sales experience.
- Track record of establishing and achieving sales targets.
- Proven abilities in client management, mentoring, and leadership.
- Has experience tracking performance and analyzing sales data.
- Need to be a local citizen.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
