Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Positions & Duties:

- Lead brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects to help team members carry out sales and marketing strategies.

- Coordinate with clients to develop and carry out marketing strategies that generate leads and enhance brand awareness while adhering to overall business objectives and sales targets.

- Assist with data collection and analysis to obtain insights about trends, rivals, and brands.

- Participate in client acquisition and lead generation initiatives, including events, trade fairs, networking, media marketing, and sales enablement.

- Organize outreach and PR campaigns, such as speaker ideas, company announcements, media releases, and awards.

- Get insights, evaluate against objectives, and measure and report marketing campaign performance.

- Preserving and cultivating business relationships with both new and current clients.

- Stay up to date on industry developments and product expertise.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
