Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Positions & Duties:

- Convert leads and create revenue from leads that the company shares.

- To achieve the sales and profitability targets set by the Direct-Sales Management, expand current accounts and cultivate new ones.

- Maintain an up-to-date and accurate database containing target, existing, and potential customers.

- Manage the sales force effectively to meet sales goals and achieve growth.

- Create and execute a strategic business plan that guarantees the company's strong presence and grows its clientele.

- Defining goals, coaching, and tracking sales agents' performance

- By collaborating with them and learning about their needs, you may establish and foster enduring relationships with your customers.

- Provide the management team with data on sales, revenue, and expenses as well as reasonable projections.

- Recognize new markets and changes in the market while being well informed about

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
