Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Positions & Duties:
- Locate and produce leads in the aviation, hospitality, and facilities management industries.
- Respond to questions from customer service, guaranteeing prompt problem solving and high satisfaction levels.
- Put in place reliable systems for sales forecasting and reporting to give the executive team fast and accurate information.
- Managing client complaints, requests, and issues while preserving positive connections with current clients
- Build relationships with customers to encourage recurring business and schedule follow-up meetings to introduce new products.
- Collaborate closely with our Customer Success Team to better understand the demands and difficulties of our clients so that we can enhance our sales process.
- Gain knowledge of product operation and customer troubleshooting techniques.
- Reach sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Create and provide weekly sales reports to management.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
