Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Functions and Accountabilities
- Securing new clients investigating the industry and rivals, hunting for new customers or company
- Establishing Connections fostering connections with both current and prospective customers to comprehend their needs
- Showing off items presenting, displaying, and acquainting customers with goods and services
- Sealing the agreement Receiving, processing, and completing purchases
- Offering client support providing guidance to clients or consumers and making sure they enjoy their experience from beginning to end
- Filling up reports collecting sales data and creating monthly sales reports to give to managers.
- Establishing objectives establishing team and individual staff goals and objectives for sales, as well as hitting monthly targets
- To actively assume the position of a consultant by offering clients pertinent clarifications and solutions to their inquiries.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
