Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Monitoring, evaluating, and sharing important quantitative data and business trends via dashboards that are shared by the entire organization.
- Hire the best salespeople, establish team goals, mentor and train, and keep an eye on performance to make sure allotted duties and obligations are completed.
- Manage the sales staff to make sure that the company's business requirements are met by setting daily goals and often checking in with the team to assess success.
- Oversee and carry out the weekly and monthly primary and secondary goals for the company.
- To create new business prospects in line with the sales strategy both with existing and potential customers.
- Minimize the number of complaints you receive, and if you do, handle them well by giving the needs of your customers top priority.
- Giving the marketing team market research, data analytics, and insights so they may start the appropriate customer outreach and promotional campaigns.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
