Functions and Accountabilities:

- Expand, preserve, and capitalize on your network to meet prospective customers. Determine who the decision-makers are in the client organization and who the potential clients are.

- Conduct research and cultivate connections with potential customers. Arrange for decision-makers from the customer to meet with the practice leaders and/or principals of the company. Create a pitch and approach plan.

- Develop proposals with your team that address the goals, needs, and concerns of the client. Take part in setting the solution or service's price. Respond to concerns by providing clarification, highlighting agreements, and resolving disagreements in a way that leads to a constructive outcome.

- Employ a range of strategies when negotiating or persuading. Show a picture that is similar to the client's.

Candidates Requirements:

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
