Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Increase sales by locating and interacting with prospective customers, such as corporate training facilities, colleges, and schools.
- Perform discussions, presentations, and product demonstrations to turn prospects into devoted clients.
- By creating and putting into practice efficient sales strategies, meet and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- To guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction, cultivate and grow solid connections with both new and current clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their questions and offering specialised assistance.
- Keep in constant contact with customers to learn about their changing demands and provide pertinent goods and services.
- Keep up with developments in the EdTech sector, including market dynamics, competitor activity, and industry trends.
- Find new markets to enter and share information with management and the sales force.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
