Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Have meetings and sales calls with potential business-to-business clients.
Introducing and endorsing high-end goods and services to influential individuals.
- Establish and preserve relationships with clients in order to guarantee their long-term happiness and referrals.
- Meet monthly sales goals and KPIs that the management has established.
- Adequately advise and inform customers about the features, costs, and services available for their products.
- Work together with internal teams to make sure that client support and onboarding go smoothly.
- Order management: Stop by retail establishments to collect orders and make sure goods are delivered on schedule.
- Consumer Input: Get retailer input on product preferences, performance, and any problems they may be having.
- Relationship Building: Establish and preserve a good rapport with retail partners in order to promote cooperation and loyalty over time.
- Sales Goal: Meet and surpass sales goals.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
