Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Agency Channel Manager to join our dynamic team and drive growth within our life insurance portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit, train, and retain a high-performing agency force.
- Build and manage strong relationships with agency partners and key stakeholders.
- Drive sales performance and achieve ambitious targets for the agency channel.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and support to agency teams.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscape to ensure our agency channel remains competitive.
- Analyze data and report on key performance indicators to inform strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Min 2 to 3 years in BFSI sales
- Must be local candidate
