Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities :
1.Lead and manage the sales team to achieve unit sales targets
2. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans
3.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
4.Provide coaching, training, and support to sales representatives to enhance their performance
5.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Candidate requirements:-
1. Candidate should be local
2. Age : 21 to 38 years
3. Experience :- sales and marketing of insurance / BFSI
