Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

Positions and Obligations:

- Follow up on leads and make outgoing calls to prospective clients in order to properly communicate with them.

- Recognise sales opportunities that address the demands of your clients by getting to know them.

- Quickly respond by email to questions from prospective clients and offer more details.

- Keep up with updates and information about products and services so that you can give clients correct information.

- In order to manage sales effectively, create and keep an extensive database of both present and potential clients.

- Highlighting the advantages of each feature, explain and show them to customers.

- To properly position ours in the market, we must stay up to date with rival goods and services.

- To increase sales income and improve customer happiness, upsell goods and services.

Expand the client base and create sales prospects by conducting research and qualifying new leads.

Candidates Requirements :

- Graduation is mandatory

- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing

- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
