Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- To find potential clients and qualify leads, engage in proactive outbound prospecting and lead generating efforts.
- Gain a thorough understanding of our offerings, taking into account features, advantages, and costs.
- Oversee the sales cycle from the first point of contact to the point of closure, making sure that all customer and sales data is correct and current.
- Preserve ties with current clientele
- Achieve or surpass weekly and monthly sales goals, taking into account lead generation, sales activities, and completed transactions.
- Participate as needed in professional development activities such as sales training.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
