Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities
1. Create and put into action efficient sales strategies to hit revenue goals and spur company expansion.
2. Oversee and guide a group of salespeople, offering them guidance, instruction, and encouragement to guarantee they hit or surpass their goals.
3. Establish and preserve enduring bonds with business clients by offering top-notch customer support and swiftly attending to questions and issues.
4. Acquire and preserve a thorough understanding of our goods and services as well as the beverage industry.
5. Work together with cross-functional teams to create advertising campaigns and collateral to aid in sales.
6. Keep an eye on competition activity and market trends to spot growth and differentiation opportunities.
7. Create and provide sales reports on a regular basis to top management, emphasising important performance indicators and potential areas for development.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
