Job Description :
- Appointing agents and offering ongoing instruction in the sale of insurance policies
- Achieving the goals set out and preserving positive relationships with clients and agents
- Achieving mapped middlemen' assigned PMS targets
- Agent tracking, activation, and licencing
- Keeping good communication with the agents and giving them frequent product and procedure training.
- Acting as a problem solver and proactively resolving concerns and inquiries
- Hold regular meetings with agents, Lead Providers, and intermediaries while keeping organized, methodical records of each meeting.
Candidate Requirement :
Age : 24 to 38 Years
- Qualification required
- Problem solving skill
- Excellent communication skill
