Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
- We are looking for a passionate Unit Sales Manager to join our sales team. The Unit sales Manager's responsibilities include generating leads, making sales calls and meeting sales targets.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Provide advice to clients and recommend insurance products.
- Provide intermediary services between insurance companies and clients.
- Provide good customer service to maintain and retain clients.
- Expand customer base.
- Interview prospective clients to gather data about them.
- Sell life policies that payout.
- Sell annuities that pay an income at retirement.
Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's Degree in any stream
- Proven Work experience required of 2 to 4 + sales and marketing in BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors
- Must Have Team Handling Experience.
- Strong Communications Skills
- Good conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills
- Leadership and team management skills
- Customer-oriented
