Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
The Insurance Agency Channel Representative is responsible for establishing, developing and maintaining relationships with insurance agencies. This position is responsible for driving sales growth, retention, and profitability of the insurance agency channel. The Insurance Agency Channel Representative will work closely with underwriters, marketing, and other internal teams to achieve these goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Relationship Management : Develop and nurture strong relationships with insurance agencies, acting as the primary point of contact for all their needs.
- Sales and Business Development : Promote and sell insurance products and services to insurance agencies, identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
- Agency Support : Provide guidance and support to insurance agencies in meeting sales goals, resolving inquiries, and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Training and Education : Conduct training sessions for agency staff to enhance their product knowledge, sales techniques, and understanding of company policies and procedures.
- Performance Monitoring : Monitor and analyze agency performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase productivity and sales.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights and recommendations to insurance agencies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Mini. 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
