Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales Background who can work with team and work in field
Job Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the distribution of insurance products and services through agents, brokers, and other intermediaries.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents and brokers to ensure they are well-informed about insurance products and services, and to encourage them to promote and sell these products to customers.
- Train agents and brokers on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and sales techniques to help them become effective salespeople.
- Work closely with internal departments such as underwriting, claims, and marketing to ensure timely and accurate delivery of insurance products and services.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase awareness and demand for insurance products and services in the market.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth and development.
- Monitor and report on sales performance of agents and brokers, and take corrective action as necessary to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies and procedures.

- Min 2 year experiences sales and marketing
- Must be graduation
