Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Oversee the regional Inside Wholesaler Sales Support staff by setting team sales goals and overseeing related tasks to maximise company retention, client satisfaction, and efficiency.
- Point of contact for all regional staff; negotiates with head office on their behalf regarding complicated issues (Underwriting, Contracting, Billing, Customer Service, etc.) to address difficulties and provide information.
- To deliver exceptional coaching, leadership, and employee development to help the company reach its MGA & Brokerage goals and regional sales targets.
- Discuss and participate in the Sales action plans for all Producers that the Regional Vice President, Regional Director, Sales Consultants, and the Sr. Address each enquiry with a high level of attention to ensure a prompt response that satisfies all business requirements.
