Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles and responsibilities :
- Achieving the allocated with the help of a group of field officers (in certain locations) and the several verticals the BM has given them.
- Managing all aspects of retail sales, including SME, Bancassurance, Dealership, Agency Health, Property, and Motor.
- To meet volume and value goals for each product.
- To resolve issues/problems and establish a close bond with the channel
- To meet retailers, representatives, Lead Providers, middlemen, and direct customers (for CE) in accordance with the itinerary
- Travelling daily to go on sales calls to meet with customers and sell various financial solutions to them
- Achieve the business target each month for generating new business
- Be the first point of contact for the customer to authenticate the concerns raised and validate with authorities
- Exercise due diligence at first level to prevent unauthorized/ fraudulent transactions
