Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (2-3 yrs)
Roles :
1. Build pipeline and maintain long-term relationships with prospects
2. Identify new business opportunities to generate opportunities
3. Develop annual sales strategy and goals
4. Leverage sales tools and resources to identify new sales leads and nurture prospect relationships
5. Collaborate with sales leaders
6. Sourcing leads via direct methods and independent closure for the allotted project
7. Looking for new opportunities to form partnerships & tie ups
8. Maintaining the paper work related to customer registration.
9. Creating and maintaining a database of partners & expanding CP network.
10. Making visits to partners and training their teams.
11. Necessary follow ups with customer to meet our targets.
12. Maintaining MIS records of channel performance.
13. Complies with company defined guidelines and processes.
14. Adheres to project timelines under stressful market conditions.
