As a Unit Sales Manager in the Agency Channel, you will lead and oversee a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate sales agents.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor team performance and ensure compliance.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and prioritize customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Preferably holds a bachelor's degree.
- Strong leadership abilities and effective communication skills.
- Analytical approach with a focus on achieving set objectives.
- Must be local
- Minimum age limit: 21 to 38
