Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Unit Sales Manager to oversee and drive the performance of a sales unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve unit sales targets.
- Lead, train, and manage a team of sales representatives to enhance performance and productivity.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to implement promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Develop action plans to address performance gaps and optimize team output.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and recommendations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Any Stream
- 02Yearsof experience in sales management, preferably in the relevant industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
