Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-6 yrs)
As a Unit Sales Manager in the agency channel of our esteemed life insurance company, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of insurance agents. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and achieve targets through effective leadership, training, and performance management of your team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of insurance agents within the agency channel.
- Set and achieve sales targets for the team.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the customer base and achieve company goals.
- Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to agents to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall company performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the life insurance industry.
