Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
As a Unit Sales Manager, you will be responsible for analyzing the prospective clients and selling our products. You will also be responsible for handling clients' complaints and resolving them in a timely manner. Additionally, you will have to build a strong relationship with the clients.
Responsibilities
- Identifying new customers via networking, cold calling, and other lead generation techniques.
- Supervising the tasks of all the Sales Executive in the team.
- Setting and meeting sales revenue targets.
- Maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing and new clients.
- Assisting Human Resource department in hiring new employees.
- Documenting all the aspects of sales team activities.
Required Candidate Profile
Age: 21- 38 Years
Expr: Required 1 year on experience in field sales
