Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.
Roles And Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of Insurance Advisers.
- Drive sales performance and meet business targets.
- Monitor and support adviser activities to ensure productivity.
- For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
- Vicariously responsible for all the acts of omission and commission by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
Qualifications :
Graduation mandatory.
Age : 21 to 38.
- 1+ years' experience in any Field Sales.
Experience in the life insurance industry / any other industry in sales role is necessary.
Local Area Candidates having the knowledge of potential market will be preferred .
