Job Overview:-
We are seeking a highly driven Unit Sales Manager to lead our efforts in generating high-quality leads and driving revenue growth. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to identify new prospects, nurture leads, and support the sales team in closing deals.
Tasks:-
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Develop sales strategies to increase outbound and inbound lead conversion
- Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback
- Work closely with marketing to align sales efforts with demand generation initiatives
- Optimize CRM usage and sales automation tools for efficiency

Credentials:- Minimum Graduation is required
