Responsibilities:
- Recruit and track new health agents regularly.
- Manage health retail products.
- Build and maintain relationships with agents.
- Conduct field visits to sell policies.
- Collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, and Operations.
- Meet and maintain records with agents and intermediaries.
- Train and motivate agents to boost business.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is necessary.
- Working in field sales for more than two years.
- Proven ability to establish and meet sales targets.
- Excellent mentorship, client-management, and leadership abilities.
- Expert in performance monitoring and sales analysis.
- Needs to be regional.
