Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
Strategy Development : To meet revenue goals and corporate objectives, create and carry out a strategic sales plan.
Leadership : Ensure that the sales staff receives good leadership and direction in all areas, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Management : To monitor sales success and encourage responsibility among the sales team, clearly define performance metrics and KPIs.
Analysis : To spot new trends, risks from competitors, and expansion prospects, do a complete market analysis.
Relationship management : To increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, establish and preserve solid bonds with important clients, partners, and stakeholders.
To guarantee alignment and support for sales activities, closely collaborate with cross-functional teams from marketing, product development, and finance.
Improvement: To improve sales processes, productivity, and efficiency, lead continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 1 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
