Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
Job Description:
- Establishing new business
- Reviewing sales performance
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Designing and planning various sales activities
- Guiding sales improvement strategies and giving guidance to the sales team
- Taking note of the sales goals and achieving the same
- Identifying and contacting probable customers
Requirement skill :
- Graduation in any stream
- Candidate should ideally be confident, and able to play a meaningful role in client meetings.
- Age should be between 21 to 38
- Having min. 2 years- experience in the Banking or Finance sector.
