Unit Sales Manager - Insurance (1-3 yrs)
The purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors & support / train them to enable them procure insurance policies from the market & subsequently service the customers.
Roles and Responsibility :
Managing team of Advisors and Business partners.
Generate leads from open market
Recruitment of potential financial advisor and Leaders.
Build and maintain relationship with customer.
Supporting them to achieve their goals.
Innovating new ideas new strategies for consistent business flow.
Building up a network of dedicated Leaders as per area potential
Products planning and implementation based on client needs.
Training the advisors and business partners.
Requirements:
1. Experience 1 to 3 years in sales & marketing
2. Candidate must be having field sales experience.
3. Good communication skill
4. Candidate should be Local where applying.
5. CTC : Upto 4 lakh
