Unit Sales Manager - Education (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities:
- Achieve or surpass the district's designated sales goals.
- Create and put into practice successful sales techniques to break into the educational sector.
- Find and seize new business opportunities with universities, colleges, and other educational establishments.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with influential decision-makers at educational establishments.
- Recognise the particular demands and specifications of every school setting and offer solutions that meet those needs.
- Make certain that client retention and satisfaction are at an elevated level.
- Lead teacher training sessions and product demos.
- Create periodical reports outlining the issues, successes, and sales efforts.
- Examine sales data to find areas that need improvement and modify plans of action accordingly.
- Implement items and clearly explain their advantages.
- Assure client satisfaction, which will boost revenue and client retention.
- Gather input on current products and competitive landscape.
Candidates Requirements:
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
