Unit Sales Manager - Chemical Products (2-4 yrs)
Positions and Obligations :
- In addition to growing our client base and hitting sales targets, the candidate will be in charge of boosting sales in the local market.
- The ideal applicant will have B2B sales experience in addition to a solid grasp of chemical goods.
- Locate and cultivate fresh commercial prospects
- Achieve and surpass quarterly, yearly, and monthly sales goals.
- Manage customer relationships.
- Offer the management team methods and insights to improve sales.
- Achieve mutually advantageous agreements by negotiating prices, conditions, and contracts.
- Throughout the entire sales cycle, from order acquisition to delivery, oversee the timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Preserve precise and current documentation of sales endeavors, client communications, and agreements.
- Construct and deliver to the sales manager on a regular basis sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
