Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly driven Unit Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and manage a dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market reach, building strong client relationships, and ensuring consistent business growth. This role requires strategic planning, hands-on sales execution, and leadership to meet and exceed sales targets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to maximize revenue.

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive results.

- Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

- Monitor and analyze sales data to improve conversion rates and team productivity.

- Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to streamline business operations.

- Conduct competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market and refine strategies.

- Ensure effective lead generation and follow-ups to improve customer acquisition.

- Drive customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and product promotions.

- Organize and lead sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations while optimizing sales strategies.

Candidate Profile:

- 2+ years of experience in field sales of BFSI sales.

- Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills.

- Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and manage key accounts.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build long-term client relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
