Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
A Unit Sales Manager is a professional who is responsible for the growth of their department. They work with their sales team to develop mutually beneficial proposals, negotiate contract terms and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Cross-selling and upselling products to clients.
- Ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintaining a personal network and joining professional organizations
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation.
- Putting marketing plans into action from conception to completion
- Controlling the marketing budget
- Create and put into action fresh sales campaigns, plans, and activities to target specific populations.
- Report field sales success every day and share VOC data with supervisors.
Candidate requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or graduation in any field.
- Experience: 1 to 2 year in field sales and marketing.
- Age 21 to 38 years.
