Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Growing the business and hitting the company's sales targets
- Establish a clientele for distributors to boost business sales.
- Provide monthly updates on market changes and performance to the distributor and company.
- Take the lead in sales and seal the agreement with the new client.
- Foster a good rapport with important clients to learn about their demands.
- Monitoring shifts in customer involvement after each campaign launches.
- Gathering information for reports that show the impact of every campaign and providing them to clients.
- Locate new markets and clients to help the company expand and increase sales.
- Manage, inspire, and lead the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Regularly assess team members' performance and offer helpful criticism.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential customers.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + incentives + Other Benefits
