Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
In order to promote growth and productivity, assist and develop agency partners in the life insurance industry by simplifying hiring, training, and performance management.
Responsibilities :
- Assist in the recruitment of new agents and oversee their onboarding process.
- Run and assist with agent training programs.
- Keep an eye on and improve agent performance.
- Establish trusting bonds with agency associates.
- Support the analysis of market trends and the implementation of growth strategies.
Requirement :
- Education : A business bachelor's degree or a similar degree.
- Experience : two to three years managing an agency or in sales, ideally in life insurance.
- Skills : Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as familiarity with MS Office and CRM software.
- Preferably relevant insurance licenses.
