Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Use internet networking, cold contacting, and research to find and attract potential clients.
- In order to find the best solution for their needs, qualify leads and learn about their goals, timeframe, and budget.
- In order to overcome objections and close sales, explain to prospects the characteristics and benefits of your product or service and respond to their inquiries.
- Build and preserve relationships with current clients to promote recommendations and repeat business.
- Reach and surpass sales goals.
- Generate revenue from both new and current clientele.
- Create the schedule and budget in accordance with the needs of the client.
- Oversee intricate discussions with high-ranking executives.
- Develop a friendly rapport and enduring connections with clients.
Candidate Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
