Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- Create and carry out a sales plan.
- Create and carry out plans for public relations, marketing, and advertising.
- Create and preserve a favourable perception of the company
- Create and preserve productive working relationships with suppliers and customers.
- Draft, negotiate, and uphold contracts
- Preserve precise documents
- Evaluate the competitors and the market, then adjust prices accordingly.
- Manage client accounts in collaboration with the accounting department
- Provide a report on the sales budget and results.
- Offer input on the degree of client satisfaction.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
