Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions & Duties :
- Provides training to distributors and sales people within the designated zone.
- To serve as a liaison between the distributor and the company by supplying product inventories and stock updates.
- Presenting business offerings and increasing brand recognition by visiting both current and new clients within a designated sales territory.
- Tracking the sales team's performance and inspiring members to reach or surpass sales goals.
- To oversee sales team members every day and offer direction when required.
- Responds to employee disciplinary actions when necessary and in line with corporate guidelines.
- Keeps an eye on current accounts and keeps in touch with the account's principal contacts on a regular basis.
- Strives to boost sales growth in the region at a predetermined pace set by the business.
- Mostly to communicate with sales leaders.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC : up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
