Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Positions & Duties :
- Recognizing the technical characteristics, features, and advantages of the product line.
- Building and keeping solid connections with both present and potential customers.
- Performing market research to keep abreast of consumer preferences, rivalry, and industry trends.
- Offering samples, presentations, and product demos to prospective clients in order to advertise and showcase the business's offerings.
- To fulfill or surpass sales goals, deals are concluded after negotiating sales, pricing, and delivery terms with customers.
- To guarantee client pleasure and issue resolution, internal teams like marketing, product development, and customer support collaborate.
- Establish and preserve a solid rapport with current customers by learning about their needs and offering specialized solutions.
- Keep an eye on rival activity and market trends to hone and modify sales tactics appropriately.
Candidates Requirements :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or marketing
- CTC: up to 3.50 LPA + Incentives + Other Benefits
