Unit Sales Manager - BFSI (2-4 yrs)
Functions and Accountabilities :
- In charge of bringing in new business and strengthening ties with current clientele.
- The main duty will be to market investment solutions that are based on equity.
- In charge of determining the needs of clients, evaluating their tolerance for risk, and offering them investment solutions.
- In charge of accomplishing monthly goals that are delegated by the organization.
- As needed, give the immediate superior regular updates.
- In charge of producing leads for the business vertical, developing a business opportunity with a mapped account, and building a new clientele through targeted business calls.
- As an owner of the aforementioned vertical, collaborate with all departments and assume ownership of the end-to-end sales coordination.
Skills & Knowledge :
- Graduate/Post graduate with 1 - 4 yrs exp in sales or marketing
- Should have good communication & presentation skills.
- May have good existing client relationships in the market.
- Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
- Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills
